Company Policy<\/h2>

The policy of RONDOGIANNIS-KINIGALAKIS O.E. is shaped by its commitment to providing high-quality services, in line with client requirements, market and competitive conditions, current legislation, modern know-how, operational control capabilities, and other factors relevant to the company’s position in the Greek market.<\/p>

The company’s strategic direction is designed to achieve:<\/p>

  • Prompt service to its clients<\/li>
  • Continuous company growth through the use of leading-edge technologies<\/li>
  • The health and safety of its employees, partners, and clients<\/li>
  • Safety in road transport<\/li>
  • Environmental protection and the minimisation of its environmental footprint<\/li>
  • The responsible use of energy, and the identification and elimination of energy waste across all its operations<\/li>
  • Compliance with legal and other regulatory requirements relevant to its activities<\/li><\/ul>

    The company’s core aim is for these principles to also be adopted by its suppliers and subcontractors.<\/p>

    Management Commitment<\/h2>

    The company’s management is committed to:<\/p>

    • Providing all necessary means and resources for the continuous, uninterrupted operation of the Integrated Management System and the ongoing improvement of its performance<\/li>
    • Setting measurable annual targets for all processes to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with all standards<\/li>
    • Establishing, monitoring the implementation of, and reviewing its objectives, targets, and the plans to achieve them<\/li><\/ul>

      Basis of Objectives<\/h2>

      The company’s objectives and targets are based on:<\/p>

      • Analysing threats and opportunities, and defining actions to address the former and leverage the latter<\/li>
      • Applying monitoring, measurement, and evaluation programmes for critical parameters, to ensure improvement in quality, environmental performance, energy efficiency, road safety, and employee health and safety<\/li>
      • Establishing criteria for identifying, assessing, and managing environmental aspects, occupational risks, and road safety risks arising from its activities<\/li>
      • Staffing the company with well-trained and qualified personnel<\/li>
      • Selecting reliable external providers, based on Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Energy criteria<\/li>
      • Consistency and reliability in meeting requirements and satisfying clients<\/li>
      • Recording and reducing any non-conformities, aiming for continuous quality improvement of the products and services offered<\/li>
      • Continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System<\/li>
      • Purchasing energy products to improve energy efficiency<\/li>
      • A sustained effort to standardise the services provided, in a way that promotes and ensures friendly, effective service and the development of harmonious working relationships with clients, external providers, and all interested parties<\/li><\/ul>

        This approach by RONDOGIANNIS-KINIGALAKIS O.E. is expressed through the company’s Integrated Management System, which meets the internationally recognised standards EN ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 14001:2015, EN ISO 39001:2012, EN ISO 45001:2018, and EN ISO 50001:2018.<\/p>

        Review and Implementation<\/h2>

        The company’s management is committed to ensuring that its policy:<\/p>

        • Is known and understood by all personnel and made available to interested parties<\/li>
        • Is reviewed for its continuing suitability<\/li>
        • Provides all necessary means for the continuous, uninterrupted operation of the System and its ongoing improvement<\/li><\/ul>

          Finally, the company’s management is committed to complying with all institutional and regulatory requirements for quality, environment, employee health and safety, and road safety, as well as all laws and regulations relevant to its operations and the services it provides.<\/p>
